• "Platform", “Service” = FUYA CAD Tracker software, website, dashboards.
• “User” = Admin, Manager, Designer, or any registered member.
• “Company” = FUYA.IN / your legal entity.
• “Subscription” = Paid plan chosen on monthly or yearly basis.

• Users must provide accurate information while creating accounts.
• Company Admin controls user roles (Admin, Manager, Designer).
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.

User agrees to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate CAD/CAM work.
• Not upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or copyrighted materials.
• Not attempt to modify or reverse-engineer the system.

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle.
• Non-payment may result in temporary suspension.

• All tasks, files, images, and reports belong to the company using the platform.
• We only store/manage data for providing service functionality.

We provide 99% uptime, but occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.

We may suspend or terminate account if:

• Fraud detected
• Abuse or illegal usage
• Non-payment
• Violating these Terms

FUYA CAD Tracker is not responsible for:

• Data loss due to user mistake
• Third-party outages
• Incorrect tasks assigned by managers
• Production errors caused by user inputs

Maximum liability = value of last paid subscription.

We may update Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
