Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following conditions:

  • Wrong plan purchased
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issue preventing usage
  • Server downtime more than 24 hours

Non-Refundable:

  • Already used subscription days
  • On-demand customization
  • Annual plans after 7 days

2. Cancellation

You may cancel subscription anytime:

  • Dashboard → Billing → Cancel
  • Cancellation stops auto-renewal
  • Existing period remains active until expiry

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds take 3–7 business days
  • Payment returned through original payment method (Razorpay)
  • We may require identity verification

4. No-Refund Situations

  • Misuse of features
  • Insufficient training/knowledge
  • Data deleted by user
  • Company internal conflicts or wrong task assignment
