Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the following conditions:
- Wrong plan purchased
- Duplicate payments
- Technical issue preventing usage
- Server downtime more than 24 hours
Non-Refundable:
- Already used subscription days
- On-demand customization
- Annual plans after 7 days
2. Cancellation
You may cancel subscription anytime:
- Dashboard → Billing → Cancel
- Cancellation stops auto-renewal
- Existing period remains active until expiry
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds take 3–7 business days
- Payment returned through original payment method (Razorpay)
- We may require identity verification
4. No-Refund Situations
- Misuse of features
- Insufficient training/knowledge
- Data deleted by user
- Company internal conflicts or wrong task assignment
